Late summer 2014 while working her summer job at Diamond Beach Bums, Sarah got delivery from Alumni Grill. When her food arrived, she quickly took notice of the cute delivery driver. After making a co-worker find out his name she learned he was Jimmy McKee a local boy from Court House. Not thinking anything of it, Sarah friend requested him on Facebook. Five months later, Sarah saw a Facebook message from Jimmy saying “Where do I know you from? You are really cute!” A few weeks later they went out for some drinks in North Wildwood and a Valentine’s date in West Chester (where Sarah is from). Over the next couple of months, Sarah got a teaching job and moved full-time to Wildwood Crest, Jimmy got a job in construction, and their relationship took off. After 4 years together, Jimmy took a big step and decided he was ready to propose. At the Philly River Rink (knowing Sarah said never to propose to her in a public place), December 22, 2018, Jimmy got down on the ice and proposed! Soon after the wedding planning began! Within months of June 27, 2020, the unfortunate events of COVID-19 unfolded forcing the postponement of the wedding. Despite this setback, Jimmy and Sarah look forward to their new wedding date, June 26, 2021! We are all keeping are fingers crossed!!!
